Terms of Service

1. The service

ContentBind is a visual content management platform operated by ContentBind, Inc. It lets teams edit, preview and publish content that renders inside their own applications. Access is by invitation; an account is created for you by us or by your workspace administrator.

2. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your credentials. Keep your password private, tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account is compromised, and do not share accounts between people; seats are per person.

3. Your content

Everything you put into ContentBind stays yours: pages, copy, images, components and configuration. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process and deliver that content to your visitors on your behalf. We claim no ownership and will not use your content to train models or market to your users.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use ContentBind to distribute malware, host content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction, infringe the rights of others, or probe the security of the service outside a disclosed engagement. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or the platform at risk, and we will tell you when we do.

5. Availability and support

We aim for the service to be continuously available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Support commitments, where they apply, are set out in your order form.

6. Fees

Pricing is agreed per workspace and invoiced as set out in your order form. Fees are exclusive of taxes. If an invoice is more than 30 days overdue we may suspend the workspace after notice.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. On deletion we remove your content from live systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90. We may terminate for material breach of these terms if the breach is not cured within 14 days of notice.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that meaningfully affects you, we will notify workspace owners by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
