What we collect

For account holders: your name, email address, and a hash of your password, plus the audit trail of actions taken in a workspace (who edited, published or invited, and when). For the visitors of sites that use ContentBind: we deliver content and do not set cookies, fingerprint, or build profiles. Delivery logs contain IP addresses for abuse prevention and are retained for 30 days.

What we never do

We do not sell personal data, run advertising, use your content or your visitors' behaviour to train models, or track visitors across sites. Analytics about your own pages, where enabled, belong to you.

Where data lives

Content and account data are stored on Cloudflare's network (D1, R2 and KV), which serves from data centres close to your visitors. Transactional email (invitations, verification, password resets) is sent through Resend; they receive only the recipient address and the message itself.

How long we keep it

Account data lives as long as the account. Version history lives as long as the workspace keeps it. When a workspace is deleted, content is removed from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

Your rights

You can export your content at any time through the API, correct your account details in the product, and ask us to delete anything we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
